Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available — if the size or fit is not right, we will exchange it for you subject to availability.

Return shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping. You will not be charged to send an item back to us.

How to start a return

Email houseofpiereeric@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange, and we will arrange the pickup.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
